Can I rent a bicycle for just one day?Yes, this experience is for one day.If I want the bicycle for more days, is that possible?Yes, after this reservation you can extend it with the operator for more rental days.Do you deliver to accommodation?Yes, we deliver to your accommodation or another agreed-upon location. Pick-up is at your accommodation; if it\'s another location, return must be made to the Turisbike store.
Cancellation policy
The date of the cancellation request is considered from the moment we receive the email, with confirmation of receipt by 6:00 PM. After that time, the request will be considered as received on the next business day, unless it falls on a weekend or public holiday, in which case the count will begin on the following Monday or the next working day.The client has the right to cancel the services at any time, subject to the following penalties:Cancellations up to 30 days before the start date: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, minus €50 in administrative booking fees.Cancellations between 29 and 15 days before the start date: 50% of the value of the reserved service will be refunded.Cancellations 14 days or less before the start date: no refund will be issued.Please note that these penalties apply to the total value of the reserved service, not only to the amounts already paid.
