authentic and elegant destinations in the North of Portugal.
Travelling by train or local transport along the Atlantic coast,
you will experience a slower and more immersive way of discovering the region,
while enjoying beautiful landscapes and everyday local life.
In Viana do Castelo, the experience unfolds through historic
streets, traditional architecture and cultural landmarks connected to local
identity and the role of women in Minho traditions.
Highlights include a visit to the Museu do Traje, where you will
discover traditional costumes, symbols and the cultural importance of
Portuguese filigree jewellery.
The experience continues with a hands-on filigree workshop guided
by local artisans, offering the opportunity to connect directly with one of
Portugal’s most refined artistic traditions.
The day also includes panoramic views from Santa Luzia Sanctuary,
overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Lima River and the historic town. (the
ascent is normally made on foot using the traditional stairway, offering a more
immersive experience, with the option to use the funicular if preferred)
A free lunch break offers the opportunity to taste traditional
Minho gastronomy and fresh local seafood in authentic local settings.

Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
