The average passenger weight considered is 80 kg.
Cancellation may be necessary after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the minimum requirements. In this case, an alternative will be offered or a full refund will be provided. Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a child. Children aged 6 and under are not legally permitted to ride in a Tuk Tuk. Children aged 7 to 12, or with a minimum height of 1.35 m, may ride in a child seat. Please let us know in advance if you require one.

All customers should plan to be at the meeting point 10min prior to the tour start. If the group is late, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without any rescheduling or refunds.
