Cancellation policy
Cancellations for visits to the Clérigos Tower and Museum must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of the visit. If this timeframe is not met, the ticket is non-refundable and considered a no-show.
Tickets purchased for visits on the same day or the following day (even with at least 48 hours notice) are non-refundable.
Cancellations of visits rescheduled by the buyer, regardless of the new date and time, are also non-refundable.
Refunds for tickets to the Clérigos Tower and Museum will be processed within 7 business days, using the same payment method, unless an exception beyond the control of the Irmandade dos Clérigos applies.
