Cancellation policy
If the customer cancels their reservation more than 15 days before the start date of the rental, Northroad will refund the full amount of the reservation.
If the cancellation is made between 7 and 15 days before the rental start date, Northroad will refund 50% of the reservation price.
With less than 7 days\' notice, no refund will be made.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
If the cancellation is partial, i.e. if the customer wishes to cancel only a few days of their rental period, the same cancellation policy will apply to the canceled days.
If Northroad is responsible for canceling the reservation, the customer will be reimbursed for the full amount paid, and Northroad will not be responsible for any additional costs the customer may have incurred.
These conditions may be changed by express agreement between the parties (e.g. promotional campaigns, etc.).
