Spanning more than 750 m² across two floors, the museum features paintings, sculptures, historical artefacts, immersive installations, and interactive exhibits that explore how different civilizations have understood and represented sexuality throughout history. The exhibition highlights its influence on painting, sculpture, photography, literature, cinema, advertising, design, contemporary art, and the digital age, revealing the important role sexuality has played in the evolution of societies.
The entire permanent exhibition is available in both Portuguese and English, making the experience accessible to both national and international visitors. It is an ideal experience for couples, groups of friends, solo travellers, and anyone looking for an authentic experience during their stay in Porto. It is also an excellent choice for bachelor and bachelorette parties, with the bride or groom receiving free admission when booking as part of a group.
All visitors are welcomed with a complimentary glass of Port wine, a warm introduction to the city\'s culture and traditions. At the end of the visit, the experience continues in the museum shop, a boutique dedicated to sexual wellness, where visitors can browse exclusive merchandise, unique gifts, intimate cosmetics, and a carefully curated selection of sexual health and wellness products.

Sunday to Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
The experience is recommended for visitors aged 16 and over. Visitors under the age of 16 are only permitted when accompanied by a responsible adult.
The museum is equipped with facilities and infrastructure to accommodate visitors with reduced mobility.
Self-guided visits: Available daily during opening hours, subject to the museum\'s maximum capacity.
Guided tours and/or the Pillow Talks workshop: Advance booking is required, and all experiences are subject to availability confirmation.
Cancellation policy
Flexible cancellation policy: Free cancellation with a full refund is available if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of the visit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
