Cancellation policy
Cancellations:
Cancellations made up until 12:00 AM (midnight) on the day before the service (Western European Time – WET/WEST) are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.
No-Show:
Tours: A no-show is considered when the customer does not arrive within 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. In such cases, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
Transfers: A no-show is considered when the customer does not arrive within 1 hour after the scheduled pick-up time. The full booking amount will also be charged.
Delays and Waiting Time – Transfers:
For transfer services, a 1-hour grace period is granted for delays.
After this period, an additional fee of €30 per hour will apply, charged in 1-hour blocks (or part thereof).
Changes by Go Travel Everywhere:
In exceptional situations such as adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues, Go Travel Everywhere reserves the right to cancel or modify the service. In such cases, customers will be offered either a new date or a full refund.
