Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of the Event by the Client, Douro Tours reserves the right to apply the following charges: - 40% of the amount foreseen for the Event for cancellations in writing up to 30 days before the date of the Event. - 90% of the cost of the Event for cancellations made in writing up to 8 days before the date of the Event. - 100% of the cost of the Event for written cancellations up to 7 days before the date of the Event; - No show: no-shows without prior notice will be charged 100% of the cost of the Event.
