If you can't make the tour on the pre-booked trip, you can ask us by email (yellowbus@carris.pt) up to 72 hours before the date of use to change it, which will be done without any penalty, as long as the product is available and there are still places.
If Carristur has to cancel the tour, there will be a full refund of the purchase price. To do this, the customer must request the refund by email (yellowbus@carris.pt), providing the booking/ticket reference.
