November 1st to March 30th: Monday to Friday: 10h-13h | 14h-18h; Saturday and Sunday: 09h-13h | 14h-19h
Cancellation policy
If the customer cancels their booking more than 15 days before the rental start date, Northroad will refund the full amount of the booking.
If the cancellation is made between 7 and 15 days before the rental start date, Northroad will refund 50% of the booking price.
Cancellations less than 7 days in advance will not be refunded.
Such cancellation must be made in writing.
If the cancellation is partial, i.e. if the customer wishes to cancel only a few days of their rental period, the same cancellation policy will apply to the cancelled days.
If Northroad is responsible for cancelling the booking, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid, and Northroad will not be responsible for any additional costs the customer may have incurred.
These conditions may be changed by express agreement between the parties (e.g. promotional campaigns, etc.).
