What you need to know
Embark from Cais da Ribeira (Porto). During the cruise, an audio guide is available in the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Mandarin, and Japanese.
Burmester Cellar is open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is advisable to book the visit in advance. The cruise must be done before visiting the Cellar.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds due to technical or operational reasons beyond Douroazul's control, resulting in the alteration of the experience, entitle Douroazul to the right to suspend the experience.
