Cancellation policy
Passengers may withdraw from the trip at any time by giving written notice, and will be entitled to a refund of the sums paid minus the following costs;
1- Management costs are the costs incurred by the organizing agency and the selling agency in obtaining the travel reservations, plus a percentage of up to 15% of the price of the trip (minimum €25.00 per passenger).
2- Cancellation costs are the non-refundable costs of hotels, ground transportation and accompanied visits.
3- Airfare costs when they are subject to specific conditions and cannot be refunded once issued.
