What you need to know
You must collect the physical card from the Tourist Information Offices located at Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, Sé and Trindade (every day from 09h to 18h). The card is activated upon first use and is valid for the selected duration: from 24 to 96 hours. There is no need to purchase a card for children under 4 years of age. After this age, children up to 12 years old will continue to have free or discounted access (up to 50%) to museums and monuments. Porto.CARD discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, such as those for students or senior citizens.
If you need to use public transport, you can purchase the ‘Andante Tour’ card, which provides unlimited travel in Porto on the metro, buses and local trains. The card is available in two versions: 24 hours (€7.75) and 72 hours (€16.55).
The ‘Andante Tour’ can be purchased at the following locations:
- Andante Airport Shop (inside the Airport Tourist Office); open daily from 8.00 am to 6.30 pm;
- Andante Metro Trindade Shop (next to the Trindade Tourist Office); open Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, and Saturdays, 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
- São Bento railway station ticket office (opposite the Porto Welcome Centre); opening hours on request
- Andante Shop at Casa da Música; open Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, and Saturdays, 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.
Cancellation policy
It is possible to cancel or change the purchase date of the Porto.CARD online before exchanging the voucher for the card. To do this, you should contact us directly through our chat service or by email: info@visitportoandnorth.travel
After the exchange of the Porto.CARD, it is not possible to replace or request a full or partial refund, including in the following situations:
Loss or theft
Not fully utilising the card\'s option
The replacement of the card or refund of the amount may be carried out at the tourism offices in cases where anomalies of our responsibility occur.
On public holidays and days with administrative leave, some partners may be closed, so it is advisable to check before traveling.
