10:00 - Distribution of straw hats, tobacco scarf, cutting scissors and bucket
10:30 - Mata bicho: an onion broth is served, sardines baked in a slice of cornbread with olive oil. With Czech wines and mineral water.
11:00 - Departure for the grape harvest.
12:30 - Grape treading in the presses.
13:30 - Guided tour.
14:00 - Typical harvest lunch. Drinks included.
15:30 - Wine tasting. End of programme.
